CNC Machine Financing – FAQ

Find answers to the most common questions about CNC machine financing in the US.

1. What financing options do you offer for CNC machines?

We offer flexible financing plans through third-party lenders, including fixed monthly payment plans and lease-to-own options (subject to credit approval). These programs are designed specifically for customers in the United States purchasing CNC machines.

2. Who is eligible to apply for financing?

Financing is available to qualifying customers in the US who are:

  • Registered businesses (LLC, Corp, Sole Proprietor, etc.), or
  • Individual buyers purchasing equipment for professional use

All applications are subject to review by our financing partners.

3. Do I need a business to finance a CNC machine?

Not always. Many lenders accept both business and individual applicants, as long as you meet their credit and income requirements. However, business applicants may have access to higher limits and potential tax advantages (consult your tax advisor).

4. Will applying for financing affect my credit score?

Submitting a full financing application may involve a hard credit inquiry, which can affect your credit score. Some lenders offer pre-qualification with a soft check that does not impact your score. Details will be shown during the application process.

5. What credit score do I need to qualify?

Minimum credit requirements vary by lender, but generally:

  • Good to excellent credit scores have the highest approval rates and best terms
  • Fair or limited credit may still qualify but with different rates and conditions

Final approval and terms are decided by the financing provider.

6. Do I need a down payment?

A down payment is not always required, but in some cases lenders may ask for one based on:

  • Total order amount
  • Credit history
  • Business financials

Any required down payment will be clearly shown before you sign the agreement.

7. What are the typical term lengths and interest rates?

Financing terms usually range from 12 to 60 months, depending on the lender and your approval. Interest rates (or lease factors) vary based on credit profile, term length, and market conditions. You’ll see the exact monthly payment and total cost before you agree to anything.

8. How do I apply for financing?

Applying is simple:

  • Add your CNC machine(s) to the cart.
  • Go to checkout and choose Financing (or the lender’s name) as your payment method.
  • Complete the short online application form.
  • Receive an approval decision from the lender.
  • Once approved, your order is processed and scheduled for shipment.

You can also contact us if you’d like help before you apply.

9. How long does approval take?

Most financing applications are processed within minutes, though some cases may require additional documents and take longer. You’ll receive an email or on-screen update from the lender once a decision is made.

10. What documents might be required?

Depending on the amount and your profile, lenders may request:

  • Government-issued ID
  • Business information (EIN, legal name, address)
  • Recent bank statements or financials
  • Tax returns for larger amounts

You’ll be informed directly if additional documentation is needed.

11. When will my CNC machine ship if I use financing?

Once your financing is approved and confirmed, we process your order like any other purchase. Standard processing and shipping times apply. We’ll send you tracking information as soon as your CNC machine ships.

12. Can I pay off my financing early?

In many cases, yes. Most lenders allow early payoff, and some may even reduce your total interest when you do. Exact terms (including any early payoff conditions) will be included in your financing agreement.

13. Do I own the CNC machine during financing?

This depends on the type of program:

  • Installment loan: you own the machine, with a lien until it’s paid off
  • Lease-to-own: you make scheduled payments and may have a buyout option at the end of the term

Details will be clearly outlined in your contract with the financing provider.

14. What happens if my application is declined?

If you’re not approved:

  • You can still purchase using other payment methods (credit card, bank transfer, etc.).
  • You may be able to reapply later or apply with a co-signer or under a business entity.
  • You’re always welcome to contact us so we can help you explore your options.
15. Do you offer financing for multiple CNC machines in one order?

Yes, in many cases you can finance multiple machines and accessories in a single financing agreement, as long as the total amount is within the lender’s limits and you are approved.

16. Is financing available in all US states?

Our financing partners serve most US states, but there may be restrictions in certain regions due to lending regulations. Any limitations will be shown during the application process based on your address.

17. Are taxes, shipping, and accessories included in financing?

In most cases, sales tax, shipping, and eligible accessories can be included in the financed amount. You’ll see a full cost breakdown (machine, tax, shipping, accessories) before finalizing the agreement.

18. What if there is an issue with my CNC machine after purchase?

Your CNC machine is covered by our standard warranty and support policies, regardless of how you pay. If you experience issues:

  • Contact our support team with your order details.
  • We’ll help troubleshoot, arrange parts, or coordinate service as needed.
  • Your financing agreement remains with the lender and is separate from warranty coverage.
19. Who do I contact about my financing payments?

For payment-related questions (due dates, autopay, payoff amounts, etc.), please contact the financing provider directly using the contact details in your agreement. For product, shipping, or technical questions, contact our support team.

20. Can I return a financed CNC machine?

Our standard return and cancellation policies also apply to financed orders. If a return is approved:

  • The machine is returned according to our return policy.
  • The lender is notified and any refunds are applied to your financing account.

Refer to our Return Policy page or contact us for details before placing your order.
