This page explains how we handle shipping, delivery, returns, and refunds for CNC machines and related products within the United States.
Shipping Policy
Shipping Area
We currently ship CNC machines and accessories primarily within the United States. International orders require contacting us first for availability and custom shipping quotes.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days for in-stock items. Extended lead times for custom orders are noted on product pages.
Shipping Costs
Costs are calculated based on weight, dimensions, destination, and shipping method. Large CNC machines may require manual freight quotes.
Shipping Methods & Carriers
Smaller items (accessories, parts, consumables) are usually shipped via standard parcel carriers. Larger CNC machines are shipped via freight service to a commercial or residential address, depending on the product and your location.
Freight Delivery & Unloading
CNC machines are heavy equipment and may require special handling at delivery:
- The carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery window.
- Liftgate service or a forklift may be required for safe unloading, depending on the machine size and your location.
- Please ensure you have adequate space and personnel to receive the machine safely.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Freight shipments may include a PRO number and carrier contact details so you can track the shipment and coordinate delivery.
Damaged or Missing Items
Please inspect your shipment immediately upon delivery:
- Note any visible damage on the delivery receipt before signing.
- Take clear photos of the packaging and product if damage is present.
- Report damage or missing items to us within 48 hours of delivery so we can file a claim with the carrier and arrange replacements or repairs.
Failure to report shipping damage promptly may limit our ability to assist with a claim.
Returns & Refunds
Return Window
We accept returns for eligible items within 30 days of delivery date. Not all CNC machines are eligible for return due to their specialized nature.
Restocking Fees
Approved returns of CNC machines may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 20% of the product price, depending on condition and associated costs.
Return Shipping
Unless due to our error or a confirmed defect, customers are responsible for return shipping costs, including freight for CNC machines.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
- Be in like-new, resellable condition, with no significant damage or modifications.
- Include all original accessories, parts, manuals, and packaging when possible.
- Have an authorized Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) issued by us before being shipped back.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are generally non-returnable:
- Custom-built or highly customized CNC machines.
- Machines that have been heavily used, modified, or damaged due to improper setup or operation.
- Consumables such as bits, tooling, belts, lubricants, and other wear items that have been used.
- Software licenses, digital products, or downloadable content.
Any exceptions will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.
How to Request a Return
To start a return, please contact us with:
- Your order number and contact information.
- The item you would like to return.
- The reason for the return.
- Photos or videos, if there is damage or a technical issue.
If your return is approved, we will issue an RMA number and provide instructions for shipping the item back to us or to the designated warehouse.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item:
- We will notify you that we have received your return.
- We will inspect the item and confirm approval or denial of the refund.
- If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method, minus any applicable restocking fees and shipping costs.
Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund once it has been issued.
Exchanges & Replacements
In some cases, we may offer an exchange or replacement instead of a refund, especially if the product is defective or damaged upon arrival. We will work with you to determine the best solution based on your situation and product availability.
